Fantastic product. Do detailing and this thing kicks ass! All those nooks and crannies that you wish you could reach and be able to properly clean. This is the best. Battery is Meh! you better have both batteries charged before starting. The DA adapters make the battery last two cars worth of detailing parts (not entire car). The case has a lot of various types of pads to meet all your needs.

Nice job buffing out my car. The unit seems to be made well and shows some thinking/engineering about the design. Because of my health, I use this while sitting in a chair. I wanted a unit that didn't weigh a lot and could be held easily and maneuvered, and this one passed my test. Multiple speeds and good battery life, (they give you two batteries) and even though it took me a while to do the job I was pleased with the buffer.

The polisher has plenty of power. Battery lasts long enough for use many times for small paint corrections. The big disappointment with this polisher is how difficult it is to change/remove the battery. The battery retention tabs are so difficult to depress that I have to use a pair of large channel lock pliers to depress the tabs for battery removal. I might try to file down the retaining tab catches a bit to make it easier to remove the battery. Otherwise I like the tool very much.

As the title says, the first unit I received from Amazon didn't work at all, no power, no lights - nothing. Amazon sent a second unit, and that worked. That being said, this is a very easy DA polisher to use, and the accessories included almost equal the value of the polisher itself. Very nice case too. This is an impressive piece of kit - high value for the cost. How long it lasts is yet to be determined, of course. With that caveat in mind, I would certainly recommend this cordless 2"/3" DA polisher.

Purchased this buffer in March of 2024 for polishing two classic cars with very good paint. Found this unit to work very well for lite polishing , minor paint imperfections and buffing. While the unit does not have the power or torque of my Griots corded buffer, it worked very nicely for my intended use for maintaining the pain finish on my classic cars. The unit is very lite and much easier to use than a heavier corded buffer. The 12v batteries each lasted approximatley 40 minutes at medium speed, but lasted long enough to finish one car applying the Griots All In One Ceramic finish.The controls and design are very erginamic! while I would not recommend this unit for restoring rough or oxidized paint, i found it worked great and was very convenient for my intended use! Unfortunatley, I got too close to my trunk latch and jammed the buffing wheel and broke the backing plate. Amazon did expedite the return and refund. As I liked the buffer I contacted Raybo to see if extra backing plates were available if I repurchased the same unit! I really did not expect a reply! To my surprise they contacted me within 3 days and offered to send me a complete new unit at no charge which they did! Excellent customer service! Very happy with the new unit and would recommend Raybo and their products!

I got this to get into tight spaces on my bikes and it works perfect for that job. The DA action is great and true. Unit battery life isn't the best but gets the job done and having 2 batteries ensures you'll get through your small job. Quick before and after images provided. I do wish they labeled the bags of pads for intended used or had a print out in the box, had to refer to the product page.

At first glance it seems like a nice kit but after receiving mine I don't think so anymore. What I have discovered is that this is not a true DA (Dual Action) polisher. It is either a rotary or random orbit depending on the shaft you choose. With the eccentric shafts the tool just vibrates around and does not spin the pad like a true DA polisher. For detailing you really want either rotary or DA. Also, after looking at the pads this kit comes with I see that they are just cheap open cell foam and not true polishing pads. They are probably fine for household jobs but I would not dare use them on automotive paint. As others have mentioned, it is quite a chore to get the batteries in and out. That's a serious design flaw in my opinion. Lastly, I wanted to see if I could purchase some extra batteries but it seems they don't sell spare batteries. I guess when these wear out you have to toss out the tool.

Raybo has done a great job with this Cordless Polisher. Good size for control as well as comfort. The kit comes with additional pads to achieve that brilliant shine and polish.

Es perfecta para lo que necesito, viene con muchos accesorios, doble batería y funciona de maravilla, por el precio es una excelente recomendación.
