i’ve been taking these, one, twice a day, for probably two years now and LOVE them. very effective at getting rid of uncomfortable bloating. i will be honest tho, they are awful to swallow, dissolve very quickly and leave a bad taste in the mouth if it sits for more than a second

I seen a person saying there should be a warning on these. No, you shouldn't just be taking an willy nilly product without discussing with your doctor. So, that falls on you, not this products company. I have IBS and gastroparesis. My stomach always feels awful, and now I don't feel that food poisoning feeling. Also, I seen some people say it tastes bad. Ok, that's weird cause you don't taste it as you're not chewing it up. I like my way of taking pills just so I can avoid the taste. Put water in your mouth first, then drop in the pills.

I take digestive enzymes regularly as it helps me break down foods. I couldn't get my normal brand so I decided to try these as they seemed harmless. I have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and Fibroids. On the second week of taking these I experienced severe cramping and blood loss. My cycle ended so I didn't think much of it and thought it was a fluke with my body. We come to March and I have thrown them in the trash as I've passed huge clots, have had severe cramps, and extreme blood loss. I looked up the ingredients and it's a known auryvedic used in fibroids and other gynecological issues to help reduce the size of the. That's great, however if you're not aware of this, and take these unsupervised it will cause you more harm than good. This product needs to have a safety warning on what it can potentially do to one's body especially of you have these conditions. Those of us that do understand taking care of these issues requires a balance and care that should not be done alone. I can't even begin to describe the issues these caused me and how weak I am at this time. So please hear this warning anf find other digestive enzymes. Also serrapeptase, nattonatkinase and bromelain are much safer, regulated and just as effective for fibroid treatment. These enzymes are extremely aggressive and dangerous.
