I have been taking these for some time now, and this bottle just as expected.

These pressed tablets are small, ideal for quick and easy consumption. They don't taste or smell of anything. I think they are quite pricy but then all other tablets were too. It is pretty much just cinnamon with a bunch of caking agents to bulk the tablet out.
