Awesome introductory set. Love, painting the figures and putting them together. Highly recommended.

Great product highly recommend for beginners
was completely new to warhammer so I bought this , was a perfect set wish it included more paints so you can actually paint the figures properly but for the price I understand, regardless was an excellent introduction to warhammer

Awesomeness
The Warhammer Introductory Set is an excellent entry point into the expansive worlds of Warhammer 40,000 or Age of Sigmar. For anyone new to the hobby, this set offers a well-rounded introduction to the exciting world of miniature wargaming. With a blend of miniatures, essential tools, and basic rules, it’s designed to ease new players into the experience of collecting, painting, and playing My 14 year old can not get enough of it!

Great intro, lacks color options
This came with most of what I needed to get started. If you’re like me you will probably want to get more colors even getting started, the paint scheme is pretty basic, but a good value and definitely easy to get started with!

Nice product to start with, not the best value though
It's pretty solid product, the mini’s are well crafted and come together (mostly) easily. If you’re starting from zero in Warhammer then this has everything you need, a brush, paints, models, an introductory book (with very detailed guides towards every aspect), and a little map to play on. It is bare bones though, and you’ll find yourself wanting towards every piece of this kit. The paints are good but limited (five colors), no primer so painting feels rougher than you’d expect, and you can’t really play a game with these few pieces. Warhammer works in terms of units, not models, so even though it looks like a lot of figures it only really counts as 2. One space marine infernius squad, and one tyranid termagant (I think) squad. It’d probably be better to get the more expensive editions, the starter set (at around $95) or the ultimate edition/combat patrol starter (at around $176) . Neither of those come with paint however, and they’re a fair bit more expensive so be wary. The durability is also iffy, as though the push-snap assembly works fine for the most part, but the connectors are plastic and break easily if stressed. I had to get plastic glue to fix a few broken during assembly. Overall it’s a pretty solid start for getting into Warhammer 40K, though at its price the starter set might be a better deal, the $30 difference between the two gives you so many more models, all but two of the $176 ultimate set’s models. Side note: the gold paint came open during delivery, it’s still usable but kind of irritating.

2 units, paints and a very decent brush!
I really loved the models, easy to assemble and painting them with included paints has been a joy! I will boy some contrast paints in a bit to add more layers of depth. The box comes with a full legal unit of infernus squad and a legal unit of Termagants, plus a ripper swarm. The training scenarios are really good to practice the flow of the game! And the 1v1 unit format is also really fun to play very short games. Just follow the instructions! No glue needed, just get some primer, maybe some Walmart brushes and a wet palette (games workshop paints dry super quick if used on a regular palette) and you're good to begin your collecting journey!

Plastic crack
I got this as my introduction set for Christmas from my wife. I am currently knee deep in plastic and credit card debt...couldn't recommend this more!
