Good buy for executives seating, little inclined in forward angle, but overall good product

The product broke down within 2 months. They say warranty only covers replacement and they will charge you for the visit by technician. Their whatsapp and phone support is a big scam. They are not responsive on both. My request for manager callback was royally ignored. Will not recommend the product primarily for the lack of customer empathy than anything else. On 22-aug-24 I was told that I will get a callback on next day. No one called. Followups on WhatsApp are ignored. On phone it takes 5-6 attempts to reach someone. When you are lucky to reach someone, that person will talk briefly and place the call on hold. In few seconds after being on hold the call is disconnected and you are left wondering what is going on. GUYS DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM CELLBELL. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

Quick Assembly, Sustainable product good ergonomics overall beautiful

So the chair itself is nice. It seems reasonably priced, it is a decent size, and it looks nice. However, the build quality is severely lacking. There are blatant issues like the mid-back cushion coming snapped off and plastic pieces broken, and then there are the smaller things that were not done well, like the width of the armrests, the inconsistency in the seams of the mesh and cushioning, the armrests aren't adjustable, etc. Another big issue (quite significant) is that the wheels / castors are extremely flimsy and do not inspire any confidence. They seem to scrape and drag instead of gliding across the floor, and I'm genuinely thinking about buying another base for the chair, as it doesn't feel safe sitting on it, even well below the weight limit. Last con I have for this is the fact that the assembly is highly unintuitive. They put the tools you need into a small zip lock that's cling wrapped to the inner mechanism of the chair, leaving you searching for the screws and Allen keys elsewhere. TL;DR: Would I buy this chair? Yes. Would I trust it to last any real amount of time? Likely not, I'm thinking it'll be replaced with something better and stronger in less than a year of private use.

Chair is comfortable, it moves freely, it is sturdy

the chair doesn't work at all..it doesn't bend or has entire weight on the front that you'd fall if put a bit of weight on the front. Extremely poor plastic and very poor product overall. pathetic decision. please don't buy unless you have tried it yourself.
