The charger works as advertised and is a good value for the money. It is small and portable. I have used it successfully with several devices including a Samsung tablet and phone, besides my Kindle. I still have a number of cables with a USB connection at one end so it's nice to be able to continue using them.

I got this in a bundle with my new Kindle Paperwhite and the cover that matched it. I didn't need this plug but I wouldn't get the bundle without it. But it works, it's nice to have a 9-volt charger instead of a 5 volt or a 3 volt.
