Is the material nylon or cotton? this blue one says 'cotton'. i wanted a pink one and that one said 'nylon'. what material is it?

Basicly it's plastic /nylon i asked for blue and got it but i think it's just pot luck what you get. It's about 30in long and good for your back and hard to reach places

Is this genuine or a fake? Does the packaging say made in Japan, or China?
