By adding this to the 407 filter will there be too much agitation in a 75 gallon tank for the plants?

You can rotate the spray bar to point in any direction it can be pointed straight down if you don’t want your plants in a current you can have the holes in the spray bar pointed toward the water surface to improve Oxygenation in your tank.

Will this work with my Fluval 407 canister filter? And is it worth it? And what do i connect it to the intake or outake tube?

Easy to install - just attach to output tube. Creates much more surface agitation overall instead of just to one area. My Angelfish seem to appreciate it. Tanks are crystal clear
