I use this in my water after working out. It has no smell. It dissolves easily. The quality of it is good it helped with my recovery after exercising. My sleep quality was way better while using it as well. When it's done I am definitely getting another!

This brand of glutamine is really high quality and the price is very reasonable. I’ve already bought it twice and I love the quality. I have seen other reviews as to not being able to choke down the product given its bitterness. I am not sure they are using the same product as me but I found it had a nice sweetness to it and it mixes well with my IAMAMINO EAA that I take every night. I found a few things: First, my digestion got much better - not sure if this is what this product is supposed to do but more importantly, I found that I was not sore after working out the very next day so I could work out harder and more often - though I did not do this. I think this is a great product if you are looking for faster muscle recovery.
