I love these, I want to be clear I'm not 100% sure benefit the eucalyptus has in relieving the congestion (as that is primarily the water/salt) BUT it feels great and for me more pleasant than just the water/salt alone.

Love Eucalyptus!! Have severe sinus issues. The Eucalyptus helps the Navage clear my sinuses better than the plain salt pods.
