Most of the channels, especially being sports are empty. Nothing to watch

Picture freezing often
Acivation code does not work and the screen says "this code is active on other device".This is strange as the system does not recognize the device from its registered serial number. system hangs sometimes and buffering time is too long.No response from live chat even it says avialble 24x7...i am returning this item
