I am very pleased with the quality. I use it everyday for doing exercise and make my muscles strong

Too big in size, and nuts don't rotate easily.
Too big in size for my liking. The quality is not high, everything is made of plastic, and the bolts are not easy to rotate. Overall, the weight is there, packaging was mediocre, and I feel like buying the Iron or Chrome ones for a bit higher price would've been a better decision.

Not as advertised
The nut is sturdy and safe and the weight is good. But the length of the rod is too long. The image is misleading as it seems smaller. Buy with caution if you have short arms as this could be a hassle to lift and could cause injuries. I've Returned it immediately after buying.
