I just received it, haven’t used it yet but there was black oil around the head and its a scented oil! The package didn’t look new and i didn’t feel i had purchased a new original product, I’ll probably return it

Phillips got amazing products! I had the series 3000 on 2019 and lasted until last week (6 yrs). It’s still working but i thought i need to upgrade. I got this series 5000 and felt so great to have it. Silent and sharp with very nice accessories. I recommend this product.

ممتازة ولكن ما تنفع للجسم نهائيا تجرح ، للدقن والشعر ممتازة خصوصا للي يبي مكينه خاصة فيه عند الحلاقة

I am using this mainly as a beard trimmer and so far this is working great. My prior beard shaver never was very even in the beard trimming coverage. After using this one, my beard is evenly trimmed and looks so much better. For reference, I us the #2 beard guard which gives me a close but polished trim. Well worth the price.

Es un excelente producto. Me encantó. Tiene todo lo que necesito, la batería me ha durado un largo periodo. Corta muy bien, no estira el cabello y sobre todo es muy silenciosa.
