Comforting
Relaxing. I have a torn meniscus and LCL sprain, not a deep message but the vibration is soothing and does help. Heating mechanism is Great!

Good massager, with heat!
Love the heat and massage. Works good, use it for about 20 mins. and relieves my knee pain for hours.

Did not receive a brand new one, the product works well.
I would have gave these company 5 stars, but it was clear to me that it was an item that someone wear and returned it.m, they was no tags or anything attached to it just a clear bag encased it and it’s box. There was small by noticeable signs of wear and tear on this product. I was very upset but I prayed over it and I kept it because I was in so much of pain I needed something to help me in that moment. I have to say that this s a great product, it vibrant and heats. I would recommend this product. But, a note to the manufacturer, please make sure your warehouse is supervise when packaging your products, shelving them and sending them out. Thank you.

Not please with function
The vibration is barely felt. There is difficult turning it on. Too bulky on top. Instructions need to be better. I was not please with this purchase

It works well!! It’s friendly to use, easy to adjust the heat sensor and vibration that ease the pain. The size fit well and can walk while wearing it.

Honestly way better than I expected. The heat feels amazing and the vibration actually helps when my knee is sore after walking a lot. Fits comfortably and is easy to use while chilling on the couch. I just wish the battery lasted a little longer.

Why are we supposed to ship back the product when the seller tries to give you a faulty item. It's cheating openly. The seller should pick up the return i have already sent back the product but no refund has been made
