I really like this neutral grip lat pulldown attachment. I get a really good contraction in my lats whilst using. Build quality is good and have been using it most back workouts for the last few weeks or so. The width on this is perfect for me as well as I already have a regular wide grip lat pulldown bar. Personally, I prefer this neutral grip over the standard regular lat pulldown bar.
