I can tell the difference in the way I feel since taking these. I can't believe it. And I have not been paid or asked to give this review in exchange for anything. I'm not one that rights many reviews, but this was worth it. The pills are not hard to swallow and there's no aftertaste and I can't believe how much more energy I feel. These really picked me up, as I was frankly, feeling lousy, but now I was even able to go to the store without feeling so sluggish. I'm very pleasantly surprised! I'm on a diet so these keep me hydrated and help tremendously! I wish I had been doing this all along. You can't go wrong buying this and my main reason for buying was because they have nothing harmful in them. I'm very particular about that. Thanks for a great product. I'm subscribed! I'll never be without these again. By the way, I'm on the carnivore diet which I love and really helps me get my health back.

I was skeptical about the efficacy of this electrolyte pill but it DOES work! My mother in law gets dehydrated easily. I was looking for something that did not require her to drink a ton of water because she is elderly and that's difficult for her. I still encouraged her to drink water & used the electrolyte pills. She was showing signs of dehydration, and I gave her two pills several hours apart (about 9 hours), and the next day, she was back to her normal activities, seemingly stronger than the day before. I believe that the pills helped her. I would suggest trying it.

Excellent product. I always take it in the morning to start my day. My body tolerates it very well.

Excellent for workouts!!! Especially during longer workouts,I find this to be very helpful for hydration especially if you have not had enough water pre workout. I will not go without!!!

I'm in the fence for now as I haven't used it often enough to say one way or another. For now, it's a neutral*** (3 stars). But Kevin W. Reviewed that people get "rashes" in their skin after taking this. Is it a coincidence or what? I took one capsule if it a little more than a week ago during a hike. I got skin rashes on the same day. I noticed them after I got home taking a shower. A couple of days later, I started feeling intermittent & sharp radiating pains in the area and the skin in the area was very tender or sensitive to touch and was a bit painful when touched. It's been 9 days since the hike, the bumps at the center of the rashes are slowly drying up with black skin. Hopefully, things will be ok. I have a backpacking trip coming up in a few days. I may use a different type of electrolytes. If I use this one again, I fear that the rashes may exacerbate. I thought I was bitten by a tick or a spider initially. Of course, there's no definitive conclusion as to the cause of the rashes at this time. I'll experiment a little to see if this electrolyte was indeed the culprit.

Full disclosure... I don't do reviews often. Who's got the time? Honestly though, I've bought this multiple times and I can't imagine not having it. I started using it to help me while working in an aluminum factory because 700° ovens are no joke and you sweat like it's going out of style. This stuff was there. I've since gotten a job for a local library's bookmobile. Lots of summer events. Lots of taking hundreds of pounds of books in and out of bookmobiles and in and out of buildings. This stuff is there. Seriously... Just get it. Constantly buying sugary or fake sugary drinks is expensive and is tedious and at times gross. With these bad boys, you can water it up and lose weight and save money. I take these on daily basis to improve brain memory, energy levels and to allow me to stay active and hydrated as I have found d myself drinking more of the good stuff yes water! I have noted the increased levels of energy. Good value for money and easy to take with breakfast every day . Sets you up for the day. Good taste and effective.

Got these to keep me hydrated on keto diet and they work a treat - no negative symptoms of dehydration anymore (one of the downsides of keto diets is being dehydrated) - and these are a lot more economical than the hydration drinks/ sachets as well. One bottle lasts ages so really good value for money. Doesn't taste of anything and easy to swallow.

I bought these for my teenage son. He was constantly low in energy, moody and sluggish. His diet is awful in terms of fruit and veg. I got these on a whim that it would help. After 3 days he was a lot better. I dont know if it's a placebo affect but he's like a different person. He has so much energy and now I see him more rather than laying in his pit complaining of being tired lol The strength seems like the right amount. He finds that there's no taste and very easy to swallow. I'd say they're about the standard size you'd expect. Very happy
