Nix the mix!
I did not realize that this was one pouch with salt ans rennet mixed, right they were in separate pouches. Each pouch is also for a large quantity of cheese and it is hard to regulate how much you need for small Batches.

There really wasn't any instructions to tell you how to use it when you go to the web page it doesn't really get much more information as the packet

I followed all the steps
I followed the steps. The milk would not set. I got better results after doubling the amount which makes me think that the product is pretty weak.
