Seems to be perfect for using as a sugar bowl
I purchased this lovely glass jar for the sole purpose of using it to store sugar in. I live in a wooded area and every summer I am inundated with ants: carpenter ants and smaller black ants. 🐜 The small ants can easily climb right into a sugar bowl even when the lid is on. The lid on this jar seals well enough that I wouldn’t think ants could get into it. But if they do, I will return and report it here. Since I have been collecting these glass jars in different sizes and colors, the new “sugar bowl” goes well with the rest of the jars and looks nice in my messy kitchen.

Just right for my needs
Nice looking and sturdy. The lid seals well and is easy to pull off and put on. It's the perfect size for my sweetener packets that I keep next to my coffee pot.

Very Nice
I use this for kidney stone powder, it's easier to use than the bag it comes in, plus it takes up less space. The jar is perfect size, the entire bag fits inside along with the measuring funnel. It has a wooden air-tight lid, that is very tight. The jar is very pretty with embossed flowers and a place to put a label, so no one thinks it's just random drink mix on the highest shelf in the kitchen. It's a great little airtight glass container for anything you may need it for.

Very nice jar but the cover it always comes up and I don’t have the technique of how to keep it close. Please give me another one cover.

There's nothing to not like about these jars. I bought one and came back for more. Covers fit nicely, snug and secure but also easy to handle, not too big, nor too small, plus easy reaching in for washing. Or keeping yummies safe from critters. Design in glass has a space to stick a label. Great for gifts, easy to tie a bow around below the lid.

Excellent jar to keep sugar in. The Seal is perfect and keeps the moisture out. The wooden lid is very attractive.

I like that this little jar is both decorative and functional too. It’s heavy with a nice decorative pattern. The opening is large enough to access anything inside also. The wood lid is decorative but it seals tight with a silicone ring.

The dimensions are not 12 by 12 it is very small,other than size being wrong it is a pretty jar
