Every day use at work
This heater is the best personal heater I have ever used. It out scales even some of the larger heaters I have used in my home. I use this heater at work and keep it on the floor and let it heat up under my desk. It works fantastic! It is really quiet and puts out good heat. It has 3 heat setting, (H1, H2, H3), and I have only needed to use H2. It has an oscillate mode and a regular fan mode as well. You can lock the controls on the top and it also has a shut-off feature if it tips over. I actually just tipped it over to see if it works and it performed perfectly! There is a nice carry handle slot on the top to move it around without tipping it over though. It is a little larger for the personal, desk heater category. I keep it on the floor so it isn't a problem but it might take up a decent footprint on top of the desk. Picture is next to a 40oz Stanley.

BEST COMPACT HEATER AND DIRT CHEAP!!!
Best Portable Heater Ever!!!!! My $400 Dyson finally died. Melted part of heat diffuser. I didn’t expect much from this unit. I was blown away. Very high quality gear. The remote is better than Dyson. It instantly produces a large volume of hot air. Forget the complicated settings for heat level described in the instructions. Set it on ECO. Turn it on. Set the thermostat by hand or remote. When temp is reached heat cuts off. When you turn this off,it remembers the last setting and starts right there when turned on again. Looks and performs like a $100 device. I love Dyson products. But this is the king of compact efficient portable heaters. Has an oscillating feature. Never gets really hot to the touch. A ridiculous value. Get one!

Excellent heater - worth every penny!
Excellent powerful and quality heater! It’s been dropped and kicked over hundreds of times by my kids but it’s still kicking like the day we bought it. We bought this in Nov 2024 and 7 months later, it’s still putting out serious heat. I saved so much on my energy bills this winter by turning the heat off at night and just using this with the bedroom door closed. My little ones sleep with me and I’d get them ready in the morning in my principal bathroom so it warmed a larger bedroom (with huge uncovered windows) plus bath on ice cold Maryland mornings (and I’m from Alabama so I like it hot, lol). It’s temp regulated so you can set the temp you like at night and it will automatically turn on/off to maintain that temperature (until you turn it off). The remote works, too (but we rarely used it since the temp control solves the need for this). I reduced my light bill by hundreds of dollars each month using this and put that money towards Christmas gifts and extra payments on my car note. Yeah, definitely worth it. Well made product (I thought they didn’t make ‘em like this anymore!).

Great company, issue resolved
UPDATE: The company responded within two days, offering a replacement. Their quick response and offering a replacement is pretty rare, these days.(Email I sent with details of malfunction at the bottom. I went from 4 stars to 2, back to 4.)I found a fix. There is a way to truly reset/reboot the heater, in case you need to. (It's not listed in the manual, that I noticed.)--> Hold the + and - buttons down, simultaneously.- It will countdown from 3 and reboot.- When it does, it will automatically restart in H2 mode.If you're using eco mode, be sure sure to select it and set your preferred temperatureagain. They responded to my email, about the issue, in two days.I responded and told them about the reboot that I found and it's working again.A few days later, they emailed me to check up. Awesome customer service! They're still offering me an updated version. I've accepted their offer.I don't feel this heater will malfunction to the point where a reboot won't work anymore. (I only had to reboot once.) But if it did, then my baby's room will be cold until I received a new order. That's why I accepted their offer of an updated version. It'll be nice to have one on hand, just in case.I'm very impressed with their focus on customer satisfaction and how quickly they responded. It's obvious that they want to make sure each product is in perfect working condition. If one is not, they go out of their way to remedy the issue.Side note: That type of customer service seems like a common sense business practice: Good for the company, great for the consumer. Yet, how often have you had contact with a company that cares about its products working properly, as well as their customers' satisfaction?Dreo is an example of how every manufacturer/seller should respond.______Initial Review:I liked this heater enough to keep it and give it 4 stars. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because, in Eco mode, when it reaches my set temperature, it doesn't continue blowing unheated air. It does start heating again when the room's ambient temp goes a degree or two below the set temp.Personally, I prefer it to blow unheated air, in between heating. It helps with air circulation and creates white noise while my baby sleeps.Having two Eco options would be ideal. Once heated temp is reached: Option to stop blowing completely and save electricity and an option continue blowing unheated air. This would cover every consumer's preference, on the matter. The other settings blow continuous heat with a low, medium, or high setting (H1, H2, H3). I have no use for that much heat in Arizona, ever. LolFor those who would use H1/2/3 settings, it would be nice if the actual temperatures were stated, even though it's continuous. For example, H1 continuously blows 78⁰, H2 82⁰... Then, consumers would know what temperature to expect, instead of having to test to find out which is best through trial and error.______Our previous heater was a different brand. It was oscillating and continued blowing unheated air once it reached the set temperature. I loved those options. We got this Dreo because the previous brand's oscillation started making a grinding noise after about a year. It got louder even with the oscillation turned off. I mean, "Aaaaaa TURN THAT OFF!" type of loud grinding.______Aug 9th, 2025. This is the email I initially sent to Dreo:I bought my Dreo heater model DR-HSH006 from Amazon on Feb 8, 2025.I only use Eco mode. (My baby's room is colder than the rest of the house.)Initially, it worked the way it is supposed to (in eco mode). It shut off the heat when it reached the set temperature, then started heating again when the temperature was low enough for it to turn back on.For the past two months, or more, I've walked in and it's freezing in her room because the heater turned off completely. (Red light on the LED, showing the power was not on.) I have no idea when it turns off. This heater worked correctly for four months, or less.I have consistently followed the cleaning instructions in the manual. I tried different outlets and it's sitting on a hard surface (as opposed to carpeting). I have tried everything. Yet, it continues to power off.As I stated above, I'm not referring to the point when it stops producing heat once it reaches the set temperature. I have to physically press the power button to turn it back on.She wakes up from nightmares when she's too cold. Hence, the need for the heater. In other words, it's necessary, not a preference.I had to start making sure that I unplugged and plugged it back in before every nap and every night, at bedtime.Currently, I unplug it for about 10 seconds and plug it back in. That seemed to work... for a little while. Now, it will randomly power off long before she wakes up. (Sometimes in less than 90 minutes and sometimes, at some point, in under 10 hours.)I would like to add that we don't have any electrical problems in our home; it was built in 2005. We've checked every outlet with multimeter and they're all perfect. We don't have any animals. It has never left her room. There is no external reason for this to happen. It must be faulty, internally.- Great response from Dreo and checking in afterward, as well.

Quiet, effective
Gets the job done as do most ceramic heaters with similar specs. Quiet operation with reasonable choices for fixed or fully automatic heat level. Accurate thermostat; sensor is low and in the rear so less apt to be influenced by unit heat. Appreciate the simple remote that puts all controls at my fingertips. Clean appearance; blends in with room furnishings versus standing out as an appliance. Have tried several options over the years with varying levels of satisfaction. This one is a keeper.
