The flavor definitely leans sweet and fruity, with notes of orange, raspberry, and lime—true to the sherbet theme. It’s a little nostalgic, kind of like a melted popsicle, but some people might find it overly sweet or slightly artificial.The hydration benefits are real—when I’m feeling drained after a workout or long day in the sun, I notice a difference within 20–30 minutes. I like that it’s sugar-free and uses allulose and stevia instead, which makes it more keto- and diabetic-friendly.That said, it is salty—around 500 mg of sodium per serving. I highly recommend mixing it with more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I've been a big fan of Liquid IV for quite some time and am glad to see they are expanding their offerings with more sugar free options. I like the taste and the quality of this product, it always dissolves easily is is quick and easy to use. Out of all the flavors I've tried so far (and it has been quite a few) the sugar free sherbet flavor is one of my favorites. I have tried other brands that friends have recommended over the years and none of them have really been as good as Liquid IV this product really works to help keep you hydrated and get you through your day.

The Lemon Lime flavor is delicious—refreshing without being too sugary or too salty. I really like that it’s sugar-free but still provides plenty of electrolytes, making it perfect for sweaty workouts. It’s quickly become a daily staple for me, and the individual packets are super convenient to toss in a gym bag or use on the go. The individual packs make it easy to grab and go. There is a noticeable difference in my recovery when i have one after a workout versus when i don't. Super easy to mix.
