Amazing I can’t fault this item, I have pcos and I haven’t had a period in such a long time I drank this tea for a few weeks and I started to notice so many differences I didn’t have to shave my face as much as the spearmint slows down the hair, I had a little period, the smell is not that strong the taste leaves you with refreshing breath so that’s a bonus lol very effective I recommend

They're a very gentle aid to the digestion ~ so I advise only using occasionally even so as the digestive system doesn't want to become reliant on them. But overall an interesting buy ~ I'd recommend them ~ good price point as well.
