I train hard and I’m picky about what I put in my body, especially after tough workouts. I do CrossFit regularly, so recovery matters — and this FITAID Post Workout Recovery Drink in Hawaiian Nectar has honestly become part of my routine. First off, the flavor is awesome. Hawaiian Nectar is light, tropical, and refreshing — not overly sweet or artificial tasting, which is huge for me after a brutal WOD. It goes down easy when you’re smoked and just want something cold and clean. What really sold me is how I feel after drinking it. Between the electrolytes, BCAAs, and recovery ingredients, I notice less soreness and quicker bounce-back for my next session. It’s not trying to replace real food or protein, but it’s a perfect bridge right after training. I also appreciate that it’s made by LifeAid Beverage Co. and focuses on quality ingredients instead of loading it up with junk. Bottom line: if you train hard and want a convenient, great-tasting recovery drink that actually supports your workouts, this is absolutely worth it. I keep these stocked in my fridge and grab one after almost every session. Highly recommend. 💪

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recovery drink! It has a great flavor and is low calorie. I do notice less muscle soreness the next day when I drink these post workout.

This drink is great for recovery. The taste is good. Price is steep, but it's a great alternative to sugary drinks you might get on the run. At home, I tend to use the powdered version. This one is also better in the evening, as opposed to other versions/flavors, as there is no added caffeine.

I love the FitAid brand as a whole, so when these were released I had to try them. I was not disappointed. The taste is delicious, it’s a good recovery drink post workout, wish it was a little cheaper, but I still love these.

Regardless of what the picture shows, the Hawaiian Nectar flavor does NOT have caffeine. The first time I bought it, I thought I hadn't paid attention when I ordered. The second time, I looked very closely. The Pic very clearly shows that it has caffeine. It doesn't. Very sad. The flavor is great, but I really wanted some caffeine with it.

Did some running and drank this afterwards. Definitely better cold than warm. Slightly carbonated, tastes like passionfruit. Good product. Low calorie, high in vitamins, almost like a multivitamin in liquid form. Low sugar but has stevia extract if that matters to you.

This is my favorite flavor by far. Helps me recover after an intense CrossFit workout. Excellent quality. Always consistent. I follow paleo diet so finding a recovery drink that caters to my dietary needs makes this even better. And it doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like other brands.
