The sea urchin flesh is excellent as ingredient for the preparation of the now famous spaghetti but also for crostinis, bruschettas and salads. The main feature of our sea urchin flesh is its Mediterranean Sea origin (FAO fishing area 37). The sterilization process to which it is subjected ensures their compliance with all the health and hygiene standards without nutrients loss nor the characteristic taste of sea urchin flesh. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use it within 3 days. It may contain traces of fish and shellfish.
