my motor croked on my standup compressor. changed out the pressure switch. that was bad but the motor bad as well. This motor was an easy install, 45 minutes maybe and boom it runs like a champ. Cant beat it for $159.

Replaced the motor on my air compressor with this unit and am very happy so far been on for 3 months and is run every day compressor is running like new it fit on the mounting base just like the old one no modification needed

I should have read all the reviews, but I was in need of a replacement. When it was delivered I was unable to install it right away. It was about three weeks later when I swapped out the motors. I connected it per the visual instructions and it worked great. Very happy. I ran it, it built up pressure, very happy. I shut it iff sbd we left for a three week trip. A few says after we bot back, I went to my shop and turned on the compressor. It popped, flashed and then.....nothing. It was dead. I checked the circuit breaker, good. Pressed the thermal breaker on the motor, it hadn't popped. Well poop. Since it was past the Amazon return date my only option was Vevor customer service. 🤣I went to the Vevor web site for some tech support. Well, silly me. They don't have any humans to talk to, only their AI assistance. I dealt with "Jane" and got nowhere. I was handed iff to an "expert", "Dennis" and the nowhere continued.It's my fault thinking companies actually cared about their customers. Never again. Buyer beware.

Works well as described

Took a chance on this given the terrible reviews. My 230V Husky 5HP compressor quit and I went through the process of testing the capacitors and the motor, and I replaceed the start capacitor but she still wouldn't fire? Motor tested fine? No shorts? So this new motor was cheap enough I just took a chance. But when I installed it it also wouldn't run? Turns out the pressure control switch connection was bad. This has points on it like an old GM. Now I have a spare motor as my original, as suspected was fine. Be sure to test the pressure switch. Mine was delivering 230V but one of the contacts had fused itself and caused a no start condition. Product works great

So far so good. Running on a 60 gallon tank with a Harbor Freight 3hp rated pump. The motor runs Smooth and quiet. Been running a few months now. Almost daily use and will run for hours at a time.

Used to replace motor on my table saw. Motor ran smoothly and seems to have good power. So far I have ripped approx 300 ft of 2” lumber and 500 ft of 3/4 MDF with no issues.
