Very nice, good quality feeling, works well, easy to install

I’m happy with my purchase so far. We did mount by ourselves in few hours. The istructions are clear and the quality is good. I would have preferred that also the top shower head was in the same material as the other components but is is plastic instead however this does not change the quality of the shower which is good. I had some leakage at the beginning in the connection to the top shower but it was just because I did not put the provided black piece in the middle. I did not see it mentioned in the instruction but in case you have the same, just put the black circle between the tube and the connector. I also like how it operates. And the top shower is great.

Ease of installation

Very good shower, good quality good product

It was ok for 6 months, then it leaked from the top, from the back of the handheld shower and the temperature adjustment knob became very stiff and almost impossible to turn. They sent me a repalcement - now the temperature adjustment knob has jammed again, they asked for details and said they would send a repalcement but it would take Amazon a week to send it. The nothing and now they are not answering emails.

Leaks around connections especially where you attach the main head to the unit

Replacement for a 10 year old shower unit. Easy to fit and great to use. Best function for us was the height adjustment on the large shower head and the easy controls for the temperature. Let’s hope this one lasts 10 years.

Hele fijne en kwalitatief goede douche, geen spijt vsn

Ottimo prodotto. L'effetto pioggia col soffione è fatto bene. Stranamente dal doccino mi sembra esca meno acqua, nonostante nel miscelatore il buco che porta acqua al doccino sia più "aperto" rispetto al buco che porta acqua al soffione. E anche dalla leggera vibrazione sembra ci sia un meccanismo per ridurre la portata nel doccino e risparmiare acqua. Ci può stare e può piacere o meno, io personalmente avrei gradito un flusso maggiore, ma va bene così, non è che sia insufficiente, anzi. La qualità sembra buona, io non ho usato gli eccentrici in dotazione perchè ho mantenuto quelli già in opera. Per le prime 10-15 volte di utilizzo c'era una leggere perdita nel tubo rigido del soffione, la parte che viene inserita, che ha 3 guarnizioni e che è strutturata per essere alzata e abbassata, ed anche ruotata. Leggera nel senso che faceva una goccia ogni 10 secondi. Adesso non ha più perdite.

Bon produit qui nous est promis en 48 heures et après on décale d'une semaine. Technique de vente honteuse. On fait croire que c'est rapide alors que non. Sinon la douche fonctionne bien.
