I use it to soak toothbrush heads when there are colds or other illnesses in the family. Seems to help, it was recommended to me by a dentist. I dilute it about 50/50 or just a bit more.

Used for cleaning
Seems to work, I mixed it in equal parts (as near as I could tell) with baking soda on tiling with dark water stains. I am not sure how long lasting this cleanliness will be.

Not strong enough
This was bought to remove mold stains from a shirt. If you are purchasing for the same reason please do NOT buy this product as you will only waste your money and time. Thankfully Amazon handles returns swiftly !

Very useful as ultrasonic cleaning medium
I use this in an ultrasonic cleaning bath to clean the insertable parts of my hearing aids. It’s very effective.
