Gave me great relief! Works as described.
This product helped me immensely. It reduced my muscle spasms and cramps by half after a few applications.I had severe muscle cramps in my lower back due to a compound fracture in my L1 vertebrae. I felt relief after the first few applications. This product helped calm my spasms so I could heal and sleep. This product continued to work when I applied it as directed and before bedtime.*Be advised that you will need assistance to evenly apply the solution on your back to cover the required areas. For me, it was my entire back. Be sure to let it fully dry before reapplying and putting your shirt back on. This is so your shirt doesn’t stick or remove the solution from your back.I find this product of high quality and has a very mild pleasant smell. I also find that this product works better than Lidocaine patches. I highly recommend it and will continue to use it with all types of muscle cramps and pain.

Works pretty well
This works pretty well and is so handy in the middle of the night when you just can't face dealing with the foam form. But I don't find it quite as effective as the foam, perhaps there is no massaging it in. Also, it is a tad greasy.

Great leg and foot cramp easing.
Who could imagine that a simple roll on would work so great on leg and feet cramps. I am sometimes awoken in extreme pain from middle of the night, sudden onset, of foot and leg cramps. Used to have to wrap a heating pad around affected area and wait for 15 minutes to ease them. But roll on this stuff and within a couple minutes great relief. I was using the foam version of this product but found the roll on style to work much better and be less messy to apply. Now keep one of these on my bedside table for ready availability. Essential item.
