The first answer is wrong. I have this headset and it is the best one I have had for PS4 yet.

While the ear cups are very comfortable, they are not replaceable.

Q: Is the microphone noise canceling? Also do they make wireless version of this headset?

They have good noise cancelling, there’s no wireless option.

Q: Are these an Over The Ear style or do they rest on the ear?

I bought mine about a month ago. They fit over the ear. They do not rest on the ear. Highly recommend!
