This is great for my daughter to use. She is a pitcher and helps with wrist motions.

Highly recommend. Helps my daughter train even when she is not able to pitch outside.

I coach middle school softball, and this wasn't a great teaching tool for the level of skill for the kids on my team. It was a little too unwieldy and they had a hard time being successful with it, so it ended up being a little discouraging. I can absolutely see the benefit for someone who has an established pitch repetoire for fine tuning and gaining strength.

I like this tool for internal rotation pitchers to work on whip and "flick." It gives great feedback immediately- I like that this has the ball attached to the towel. The towel is embedded- typically I have seen the towel with a knot on the end- this gives the real feeling of the ball and practice with grip.

Perfect for showing and explaining pitch spins to my pitching students.

My daughter was SO excited for this to come…and after paying $40 for it I expected it to be good quality and work. This is how it came, the ball doesn’t stay in place. It’s also a smaller ball(10U size)
