So tasty! I make a gallon of water daily. I add one little packet of grape zero sugar and one little packet of strawberry zero sugar. I them add my H2O tablets (blueberry flavored) and them these amino acids. I had previously purchased a trending name brand for about double the price of this and the taste is horrendous. Seems both have the same ingredients yet this gives you better value for money and better taste. It’s easy to use for me. I use a bottle of water, 1/4 way with warm water first, then add my tablets and my amino powder. Both dissolve within about a minute! I’m not a supplemental expert but am trying to improve my health and life. I would say this is definitely a quality product. I have zero jitters either! I haven’t finished my first container but already bought my second!

This is the first EAA I haven’t had to force myself to choke down. The ice pop one is rather tasty and just what I was hoping for flavor-wise. Don’t expect a delightful drink bc it’s still a supplement, but it’s def one I can stick with!

The Good - packaging and ingredients LOOKED good. The Bad - actual delivery and packaging looks really cheap. Doesn't have a premium feel. The Ugly - you guessed it. Weird factory /plastic taste to it. I've consumed more than 10 EAA products and this is by far the most disappointing. I'm not going to throw it out, because money matters. But I'm gona consume it with hatred. It doesn't dissolve as well as other brands.
