great product-awseome customer service
I love love love this salt and pepper grinder. they work great. Customer service is awesome!!!!! One grinder became inoperable after approx 6-7 months of use. I contacted the seller directly via email from their website on Amazon and they immediately and promptly sent me a new set which I received within 2-3 days of contacting them. Great awesome customer service. Product works great too and I love the USB recharging feature.

Good battery life and fine salt...
This rechargeable grinder has been working really well for us. The salt we use is very coarse, but I can easily adjust the setting to get it exactly where I need, and it comes out nice and fine. Every now and then it needs a little bump to keep things flowing, but aside from that it’s been great. What I really like is that we rarely need to charge it. I’ve tried AA battery-powered grinders before, and they just weren’t strong enough. The built-in lithium-ion battery makes a huge difference — the motor feels much stronger and handles coarse salt with no problem, and I will update this review if anything changes!

Great product!
Love them. Work great. Easy to setup and easy to use. Light works great. I like the way it looks. No issues with battery life. Actually still has batteries I put in when I received them. I’ve had It for over a year. Actually bought two more sets as gifts.

Worked at first, quit within 3 weeks.
The salt grinder quit working entirely after about 3 weeks of use. It will not charge, will not even turn on.Follow-up note: I contacted the company, and after sending them the Amazon order # and a short video of the problem, they apologized for the problem and agreed to send a replacement immediately. It will arrive tomorrow. Great customer service.

Works well
Bought this as a present for foodies because I saw a youtube cook using it. I thought it was a brilliant idea, as a foodie myself, I know it is difficult sometimes to have two clean hands available to grind salt/pepper while you're cooking. It works well and easy to use, looks lovely on the table so it is not only for use in the kitchen. It is certainly a great gimmick as well for guests and the light that comes on when grinding is helpful to see the amount that is coming out onto your food. Only time will tell if it is durable but it certainly has a nice weight and feels that it should last

Great Shakers
I have really enjoyed using these shakers. They work great and, being battery operated, they will never need a charge cable. Great idea.

Convenient Features with Room for Improvement
I've been using the Sangcon Gravity Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder Set for a few weeks now, and while it offers some handy features, there are areas where it could be better.Pros:Rechargeable Design: The USB-C charging is a significant plus, eliminating the need for constant battery replacements. A full charge provides ample usage time.One-Handed Operation: The gravity sensor allows for easy, one-handed use, which is particularly helpful when multitasking in the kitchen.smartdecisioninc.com+4startuploco.com+4cappuccinooracle.com+4Adjustable Coarseness: The ability to adjust the grind size is a nice touch, catering to different seasoning preferences.Cons:Inconsistent Performance: At times, the grinder doesn't activate immediately when tilted, requiring a bit of shaking or repositioning.LED Light: While the LED light is meant to aid in seasoning, it can be overly bright and not always necessary.amazon.comBuild Quality: The plastic components feel somewhat flimsy, raising concerns about long-term durability.

Extra large capacity is great, a few concerns though
I've updated this review after using these for a couple of months. The Sangcon's extra large capacity is what attracted me to these cordless pepper grinders. I have some older cordless grinders, but the frequent refilling is a pain, these solve that. They grind well for both salt and pepper, are easy to adjust, rechargeable via USB-C, have one hand use with no mess, and again, a huge capacity for less need to refill. The body of the grinders are fairly large, so that may take some adjusting to.While easy to refill, just remember to refill over a bowl when unscrewing because there are usually a lot of peppercorns or rocks of salt still in the grinding body. Then shake it to get the rest out or just turn it back over and set the body on it's side, and refill your containers. There are only a couple of issues. The style hasn't grown on me, it's sort of 1950s sci-fi spaceship. That, and the tip over to operate design, takes some getting used to and can be inconsistent. The salt/pepper doesn't always maintain contact with the burrs. Because of this, I decided to buy another set of cordless grinders where you press the button on top to dispense. https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Capacity-Rechargeable-Coarsenes-Operation/dp/B0DWMQBJJY/ref=sr_1_2_sspa Grind-wise, these vertical grinders (with button switch on top) are better the salt/pepper remains in constant contact with the burrs. There's more precise control too since you press the button on top to turn on and let go to shut them off. The Sangcon have to be tipped over quickly to turn on and flipped back up to turn off. It's just not as precise. I still use the Sangcon though. I've filled them with a couple different whole spice blends for grilling and they work great for that, so it's not a total loss.Lastly, one of the grinding burrs fell out of these Sangcon "silver bullet" grinders. I had to superglue the metal post. It works again and seems to be fine, but it was a little disturbing that the burr fell out the way that it did.
