Shot the bow once and it unraveled .... customer support unresponsive and useless
Do not buy - shot a crossbow bolt like 2-3 times and the rope started to unravel. The customer support department and warranty department is virtually useless. Terrible company and a terrible product. Highly do not recommend this product
