My absolute favorite. Works good alone or with Montreal seasoning is a great combo.

To make my perfect T-Bone I only need 3 ingredients. Steak, Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Bold Beef Rub and Butter.Take your steak out of the refrigerator about an hour or so before cooking ( always cook your meat at room temperature) . While your steak is resting rub it generously with Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Bold Beef Rub on both sides.I like to cook my steak in a panini press for 5 minutes for a perfect medium. After 5 minutes let your steak rest for 10 minutes for all the juices to reabsorb back in to the meat. While resting it is the perfect time to rub one side of the steak with some butter. Slice against the grain and serve

This rub is by far the best I have ever had. We put olive oil on any roast or even steaks, then rub this over it. It results in an incredible, mouthwaterng steak, chop or roast! Highly recommended; happy to see it is available on Amazon.
