I bought this portable toilet to take on a trip where we would be staying in a cottage without water or bathroom facilities. It was a huge help! Very convenient to set up & use. And nice to not have to walk to travel to public restrooms several times a day or at nightWe were all impressed with how sturdy it was & how comfortable the seat was.I did line it with a plastic garbage bag first, then placed the liners provided inside, to help ensure there'd be no leaks or messes.We then empties the contents every day or two into the public toilets & disposed of the used bag. With the lid closed we did not notice an oder until day 2 of use.The compact size once folded was also very helpful for travel.Very pleased with this purchase.

After putting this portable toilet through its paces for a couple of weeks, I can state without a doubt that it has surpassed my expectations and contributed to an increase in the enjoyment of my time spent outside. The fact that this portable toilet was designed with a lot of extra space was the very first thing that stood out to me about it. The extra-large size offered plenty of space for users to move about in comfort, making it suitable for both adults and children. The fact that it could be folded up meant that it was simple to travel with and store, and thus, it didn't take up a lot of room in my camping kit. Even in unfamiliar surroundings, the solid structure and dependable lid provided a feeling of comfort due to their capacity to maintain stability and security while in use. This portable toilet was very clean in all respects, even the sanitary ones. The trash removal procedure was made more hygienic and less cumbersome by the use of a disposable waste bag system. My camping vacations were guaranteed to be as hygienic as possible thanks to the fact that the bags did not leak and did not retain odors. The provision of a handbag enabled the trash bags to be moved in a way that was both covert and easy, thereby contributing to an overall improvement in the cleanliness of the lavatory.

I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. Easy to set up, feels sturdy, no oders. I only use it during the night and empty in the morning. I was so happy that a few bags and sanitation packs were included. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Highly recommend.

Convenient and easily folds up to store. Sturdy. Seat is comfortable. Could be a little taller but measurements are true. Would purchase again for the great price.

Sold RV...back to tent....this porta pot was best purchase ever! Saved me walking in pre down to toilet.Comfy, sturdy, looks like storage box. Gel kept it non smelly but like mush. I put a small bucket inside that held the bag so I could carry to camp dumpster easily. Small storage bag makes it easy to pack. Highly recommend for tent campers.Dumped twice in 6 days.

This camp toilet came on time and well packaged. No instructions, but pretty self explanatory. I was expecting something a bit flimsy but I'm happily surprised that it seems pretty sturdy. Clearly you can't "plop" down on it, but I weigh about 170 and easily supports me. It's clear that the most important part of using it, is to make sure the base is fully open AND the lid is firmly seated onto the base - if not, it won't be pretty. It comes with a padded lid and an additional lid support if you just want to use it as a chair. Comes with some granulated "stuff" in little packets and several black bags for it's use. Also has a nylon bag for storage. Quite pleased with it.

Super easy to setup! Using it for music festivals instead of gross Port A John’s. Nice and sturdy, not cheap looking either.

This is very similar to other camp toilets like it, in that it is made of cardboard covered in plastic material. The only thing keeping it from collapsing is the cutout piece you have to stick in the bottom. It’s not very comfortable either. I wish more of these were round shaped vs. this oblong shape. Most of us are not shaped that way. I’m only keeping it because it is easy to store, and will work okay for emergencies.
