Easy to use, tape measure must be in the slot to be accurate. The numbers on the tape are missing for a reason. Love. Great for fitness assessments!!

Great gift for my trainer

The skin caliper and tape are good quality and work as expected. The design of the tape measure is unique and allows you to easily take measurements without assistance. The instruction manual English is terrible. Additionally, the formulas are unreadable. There are question marks in the formulas. See photo. I had to use the internet to find the formulas to calculate body fat.

Measurements were waaay off

The readings are all over the map - not consistent in any degree. I have performed SF testing with other devices and have never had this level of difficulty getting consistent readings before

I bought this for tracking my fat loss (yep, I too have gained the “COVID 19” over the last few years). It’s good, does exactly what it says. I would probably buy one that’s higher in quality if I were a personal trainer & using it all the time, but for my needs (just my husband & I), this will definitely do what we need it to.
