I really struggled with these, I could not get them to work at all well. I gave up and bought some bottles instead. I would suggest don't waste your money. The instructions did not seem to be complete.

My rabbit passed away leaving a litter of kits and I used these to feed them and they done so well on them! Would highly recommend. I also used them for a kitten that was the runt of the litter and needed extra feeds!

I read the reviews on these before ingot them and saw a lot of people saying they were stiff, they really are. You need a slow push when feeding an animal but because you have to push so hard to get it to move (even when empty) it just suddenly sprays. They did the job for a couple of feeds but not much good for repeated use

I have never tried giving milk by syringe to a dog before and despite the reviews for this product, warning about its stiffness, I have come to trust the Beaphar brand, so I thought I would give this a try. I thought that perhaps I was being clumsy in giving the milk and that's why I made such a mess of it. I then tried a syringe by another brand and found it a surprisingly smooth process. I then compared how each syringe produced milk, in the sink. I saw that the Beaphar one switched between beads of milk and spurts, but the other brand consistently produced beads, as milk syringes are supposed to. I am relieved to know that giving milk is easier than the Beaphar syringe had made it seem. And yes, I agree, with other reviews, that the spurts, could harm the health of an animal, as it increases the chance of them inhaling the liquid.

Bought these to feed a poorly kitten that needs extra hydration Well what can I say apart from you would need to be muscle bound just to pull the syringe up to fill with liquid ... then once full if I had attempted to feed him I would have more than likely aspirated his lungs and killed him There is absolutely no steady flow with these and unless you want to cause your pet an injury do not use!!!

These are rubbish! After a couple of uses & washes out they got so stiff it was impossible to use it. Might as well have just thrown my money in the bin!
