Install Link 14 AWG Gauge Speaker Wire Cable (OFC), 100-Feet, Car or Home Theater

Most important thing to know is that this wire meets the AWG rating it claims of 14 gauge wire. It's super flexible with a nice jacket. OFC is a must if you care about your speaker wire. This is good for even some of the most demanding applications. It strips easily as well. Love the fact that it's got so many strands of such a fine gauge wire, makes it really flexible and makes it feel just that much higher quality than even the same gauge with a lower-count but thicker strand. The black and red are great for deciphering the positive and negative easily. I hate when some speaker wire has impossible to read stamped lettering every 2 feet on one side with no other unique characteristics. This stuff makes it easy to maintain the proper polarity on your speakers, keeping them in phase, and sounding great. Should give this wire to Best Buy and maybe they'd wire at least one pair of their speakers in their demo room in phase for once. Anyway, love it, great wire for just about any use. Good gauge for most applications and OFC is a must. I can't think of a situation this wouldn't work great in, as far as speaker wire goes.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wire. Very flexible, easy to strip, very easy on my fingers to twist the copper strands. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy this wire again.

It's becoming increasingly hard to find OFC wire at an affordable price. I'll pay what's necessary, in order to avoid all the CCA crap currently being sold. This wire worked out to be 60 cents/ft, which is the most reasonable price I could find for OFC 14 ga. I made three cables with this - two 12' lengths for my main speaker pair, and one 6' length for the center. That provided plenty of slack for post installation fiddling with the connected components. I also fitted them with banana plugs . . . I hate nothing more than dealing with bare wire connections. The insulation jacket is soft and flexible, but I did have to hang them for a day in my super-warm garage to straighten out the kinks. The black/red colors work with the corresponding colors of my speaker terminals and the markings on the banana plug barrels, eliminating the potential for cross-wiring. I'd buy this wire again in a heartbeat!

It's definitely 100% pure copper that's for sure supposed to be 14 gauge and it might be. Seems a little thin but it's very closure right on the money for the price you can't go wrong

Great wire. Easy to use. Flexible. I had a real improvement in sound once I used them.

Surprisingly good wire and insulation for the price. Insulation doesn't melt very much if you solder, which is rare at this price point. The wire is soft and the gauge is exactly as expected.
