Blum Drawer Front Fixing Brackets

Someone else said the old style were cast and therefore brittle and prone to cracking which is exactly what happened to several of ours. These new style are not going to crack, I was really pleased but check out youtube for installation, there are two things to adjust. One of the screws is to fix it to the drawer the other is to adjust the height of the drawer front. It wasn't at all obvious to me but I am completely new to drawer fixings, so the youtube videos were most helpful. Good luck, but as a complete novice I found it easy to replace the old ones. I expect I'll get man years of use out of them.

Our old brackets broke, and this is an exact match. Pretty easy to install, seems sturdy, good price, working well this far.

this was the closest front drawer bracket that I could find. Unfortunately, it did not fit. With little or no prospect of buying the right bracket, I decided to manufacture my own.

What a great product! Our kitchen is about 22 years old, and needs replacement; we've been saving up but decent kitchens are expensive so it's taking a while. When the drawer/front fitting failed on our cutlery drawer, and in classic style, the whole metal casting snapped right off. I ordered these replacements with, if I'm being honest, little confidence that it would happen to work on a very old drawer but 5 minutes and a phillips head screwdriver. The old one is off, the new one is on and the drawer works perfectly. The kitchen isn't going to last forever but at least we can open and close our cutlery drawer now! One thing to note - no instructions are included in the packet but if you put the following words into your favourite search engine ("Drawer Front Fixing Brackets instructions") then you will get videos, pictures and web pages that show you what to do. It's literally remove 3 screws, replace plate, refix 3 screws and you're done. Also, for any DIY-noobs like myself, note that if you open the drawer as wide as it goes then sort of lift it and pull, the whole drawer will generally come away so you can work on it easily.

I was very concerned when one of the brackets on our collection of kitchen draws suddenly broke. Then when I looked closely at the back I saw the name BLUM and decided to see if I could obtain a replacement. So put the words "BLUM kitchen drawer bracket" in a search on Amazon UK - and bingo. Was able to buy them. Not difficult at all to replace, by unscrewing the wooden front of the drawer; removing the broken bracket and simply replacing it and screw on the small bracket on the inside of the drawer. Perfect. Job well done, my wife said. Saved me a fortune in getting in someone to fix it for me.

Remplace parfaitement les attaches Blum zsf 150-02 dont une a cassé sur un de mes tiroirs après 30 ans de bon service. Celles-ci sont légèrement moins épaisses et dans un métal différent que les anciennes. Une fois installées il n'y a aucune différence par rapport au zsf 150-02. Bravo à Blum pour la comptabilité de leurs attaches.
