I print mine at 9.2x8.15. But you should always measure each cup, because there could be a slight difference in them.

The capacity says 20 oz but would you be able to sublimate in a 15 oz heat press?

Hi, yes, you can sublimate half and then the other half. And if you just print a design, it is OK. It depends on your requirements. Thank you!

Can you just put a logo on the tumbler?

Yes, you can sublimate anything on them. I've many several that are white with just a simple design.
