Worst Service Ever – Don’t Buy This TV! It has been more than 3 months since I received the product, and no one has come for installation yet. The response from the service team has been extremely poor and unprofessional. The TV does not even have a Bluetooth connection, which is very disappointing. This basic feature is missing, and it was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Customer care is not supportive at all. They are not responding properly and are not providing any solution. Overall, this has been the worst experience ever. Completely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I strongly recommend not buying this TV.

its an ok tv connectivity is good picture quality is ok sound is very good but lags at boot time and has some pop-up ads running at main screen which are irritating.

Worst service. Dont go by free installation and free wallmount advertising. Prodcut delivered on 6th Jan. No one called or came to install TV. Followed up multiple times with Amazon customer service. They gave Kodak service number and asked me to contact them. I tried but no one picked up the call. After multiple messages via whatsapp a technician Finally came on 19th jan. Now the drama started. They told the wall mount that came with the TV is a demo piece and wont hold the TV. To be honest ot looked too small to hold the TV. They said kodak is cheating company with wrong information. They told me the buy their wall mount which they quoted 1300 rupees. I got furious and first said NO. After my father convinced me that its not worth going through all the complaining process, i negotiated and bought the wall mount for 850. And 100 rupees tip for the technician. Worst experience. Dont ever go buy this pathetic brand.
