I ordered Tru Veda holy basil capsules and began taking them at the beginning of July 2023 after reading a book on the health benefits of Adaptogens. I've noticed these changes: my skin feels softer, smoother & looks quite youthful & radiant, my hair feels & looks healthier and I feel calmer during the daytime and sleep better at nighttime. I had emergency surgery 3 weeks ago to remove my gallbladder which was inflamed and infected (I'm 60 years old). There were 4 incisions on my abdomen from laparoscopic surgery. The bruises and incisions are healing nicely, and I've been able to resume walking 3 miles every morning - all within 1 1/2 weeks of having surgery. This is remarkable for me, as I usually have a low pain tolerance and my recoveries after previous surgeries have taken a lot longer. I love Holy Basil, but got this one for the cool shape of the bottle. I was disappointed when it arrived round. On an up note, the herb appears high quality.

I purchased the Holy Basil after learning B6 may help with dream recall and anxiety issues. It’s only been a few days, but definitely noticing minor results so far.

Other organic Holy Basil products would “repeat,” for several hours in the morning after taking them, even with food. I never have that issue with this product. I will continue to purchase this brand of organic Holy Basil.

I bought this as one of their new supplements (I already use their tumeric with great results - less knee inflammation), mainly having read that the holy basil, or tulsi, is known for anti-bacterial effects and being rich in antioxidants - needing to boost my immunity related to stress, and I’m actually already noticing less skin inflammation from my eczema. I take it in the mornings for it’s fresh zing. Most important to me is that this brand is 100% organic, concentrated, so only need 2 capsules, and also gluten free. Thumbs up, I find them easy to swallow and add to my morning routine, and will keep taking it.

I read about the wonders of holy basil and do I purchased. I only take one a day - at night - and they seem to help me sleep. They are natural so what’s not to like?!

When taking a supplement it is important for me to choose one whose contents are pure and deliver the results they advertise in their marketing. This brand is possibly the best supplement brand i have tried to date. I can't recommend these enough. The brand's product mix is of superb quality and easy on your body without any unwanted side effects. Moreover, great effectiveness that delivers results in due course. I also take their green tea supplement to enjoy the benefitsof it m, and so far so good. Highly recommend. The price may seem high but their quality warrants it. Don't waste your money on cheaper products and play with your lifestyle choices.

I had the opportunity to try the Organic Holy Basil and I can say that compared to other products is definitely one of the best. Just looking at the ingredients and how they are sourced, it’s enough to choose this brand over your usual vitamins that you can get over the counter. Remember that not all vitamins are made equal, it is very important to know what’s in it, how was it made, etc. Definitely would recommend!
