Works great. Love this laptop.

Product was purchased for use by school business office staff members. Didn't realize that there wasn't an RJ-45 wired network port included, as the lack of this port wasn't listed in the specs provided. So, I give it a 4-star rating, due to the lack of that information in the specs. This can be overcome by a USB hub/docking port if wired network access is needed, at additional expense of course. Otherwise, they are nice laptops.

I have never ordered a laptop online but was in desperate need since my laptop just died one day and I use it for work. I have had many Dell laptops and this one did not disappoint. I have now been using it for over a year with no problems. It is lightweight for carrying around and the charge stays for hours.

Laptop purchased new Feb. 27, 2024. UPDATE - June 2024 - Microphone stopped working. Hours online with foreign speaking, heavily accented tech support (difficult to understand) when computer had problems....online support unable to repair. Sent back to factory under warranty . Dell replaced microphone and motherboard. When unit was returned, volume control didn't work....another online tech support call who got that working. UPDATE - 7/28/2024 - speakers have now stopped working and cursor disappears. Not a good laptop. Really wishing I had made a different choice. UPDATE - 8/6/2024 - Opened the computer today and the hinge broke. Unable to close the laptop. Sending back to Dell. This laptop was a costly mistake. SENDING BACK TO DELL THE 2ND TIME FOR REPAIR. UPDATE - 8/20/2024 - After initially denying the warranty claim, they ultimately agreed to fix it. Today received email indicating repair parts are backordered, no estimate of when parts will be available. Writing letter to corporate headquarters requesting it be replaced with a new machine. UPDATE - 8/27/2024 - Received email from Dell repair depot. Called them. They want to reinstall operating system which will wipe out all saved data. Gave them permission to reinstall operating system. No estimate of when repairs will be complete. Sent lpriority mail etter to Dell CEO requesting this machine be replaced with a new computer. This machine is undependable. UPDATE - 9/5/2024 - Received laptop from Dell repair....approx one month after it was sent for repair the 2nd time. Hinge replaced, stiffer than ever. Reinstalled operating system and replaced various parts. All data and all programs lost....thankfully had backed them up. Having to reinstall all programs for the THIRD TIME. NO RESPONSE FROM DELL CEO/HEADQUARTERS RE LETTER SENT. REQUESTING REPLACEMENT LAPTOP Sending followup letter. Have no faith in this laptop. Duirng this latest repair the person with whom I spoke was difficult to understand due to extremely strong foreign accent. Plan to purchase another laptop, just not a Dell.

I am very satisfied with my Dell Inspiron purchase. It was actually better than I anticipated, so every day I get a little more surprised at what it does and the speed at which it works. I haven't been this happy with a laptop purchase in years. I have zero complaints

Looking for a reliable yet inexpensive laptop. This is the one for you. Big screen with full size keyboard and number pad.

Al abrir el paquete todo iba bien. Los datos son los correctos, y la computadora es tal y como se describe. Pero al iniciar sesión, nos dimos cuenta que tenia el correo de otra persona (intente poner el nombre pero Amazon no me dejaba poner la reseña) Si pudimos iniciar sesión pero también esta el perfil de esta persona. Al parecer lo pudimos eliminar, pero pues pensamos que esta computadora era completamente nueva

La descripción dice que es un Intel Core i7 de 12ava generación, sin embargo, es un i5 de 11ava generación, pero si tiene los 16GB de RAM y 512 de SSD, disponibles los 488GB que deben ser.

El producto presentó un problema antes del año de compra, llamé al número 800 de Dell y me dijeron que la garantía no aplica para México y Latinoamérica

Todo bien con las especificaciones, la maquina trabaja excelente pero si me dio algo de desconfianza que viniera un usuario dado de alta … ya se eliminó pero si está extraño eso en una máquina nueva
