I purchased this set for my mother. She was very happy with everything. She said the tools seem to be made very well and worked well for her. She was also happy to have a bag to carry everything in and keep it organized. This made working in her flower bed easier for her.

The tools are sturdy enough, the canvas bag is cute and functional, and for a beginner like me — who still confuses mulch with compost — it gets the job done.BUT. Let’s talk about the pruner. The lock broke on first contact, like it saw a stem and said, “Nope. I’m out.” It's now permanently unlocked, which adds a certain thrill to every use, like gardening with a mildly aggressive raccoon.If you're just dipping your toes into the dirt-covered world of gardening, this set is perfectly serviceable for a season or two. But if you plan to one day whisper lovingly to your rose bushes in your retirement, do yourself a favor: save your shekels and invest in a set that doesn’t disintegrate when it sees a twig.Still, 4 stars for effort — and because everything else is holding together like champs… so far.

This was the perfect Father’s Day gift for my dad, who sometimes has difficulty lugging many tools around. This is easy for him to carry many tools in so he can easily work on his gardens.

The pruning took broke the first time I tried using it. Other tools are holding up, but I wouldn’t consider this item “heavy duty.”

Good little set of gardening tools.(would be great..but read) The hand rake,tho.... metal seperated from the plastic handle first use. Super disappointing as this was the primary tool I was looking use. But as I continued to use the tools for gardening, everything else worked great. Shears wear amazing, weeding tool worked wonders for the small areas I was working with.Bag that it comes with is flimsy unless packed with stuff to keep it full/stable. (Example.. old hoodie stuffed inside to keep the bag full kept the bag from falling over. If the inside of the carry bag is empty, it will fall over on it own. Then it becomes a war of who can keep it up right.The gloves, I didn't use, only for the the "dig fingers" were left handed. And the dig fingers are attached to the glove and can't be removed or changed to the right hand.
