Q: Seller was paid for 4 batteries, but I only got 3 working batteries. How can I reach their customer service?

Well. I got 2 but none of them works. Please let me know if you find out. Amazon should get rid of this seller.

Q: How long does the charge hold while not in use?

Lithium-Ion has a very high retention at mid-charge. Generally it loses around 5-10% charge in the first 72 hours until it hits 90%, then around 2-3% per month. Once it drops under 20%, it will begin to die out rapidly within around 2 weeks.

Q: Are these batteries supposed to reach temps of over 140+ degrees when charging? I'm afraid they're going to catch fire.

No, that is too hot. About 120 is as hot as they should get. You should be protected against a fire like the seller pointed out although it’s not a safety valve it’s a fuse that will break but can’t be reset. But if the battery is getting that hot in the first place it make me question the quality and worry that the fuse won’t work. The seller is completely wrong about it being impossible for the battery to catch fire, it’s rare but definitely possible. Also fire aside getting that hot is going to severely shorten the battery’s lifespan.

Q: What is the weight in grams of a single aaa battery?

Not sure but light them 1.2v recharge and regular 1.5v battery
