Great product, clear calls

Pleasantly surprised. Has excellent features, fits nicely in the ear, good sound quality. Works well with my Samsung smartphone. Much better than the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Not cheap, but worth it.

writing this review after using for like 6 months. Quality of Sound and Noice cancelation is good. Problems:- 1)Ear Grip is very weak, can easily come off during work or travel. Once I dropped in plane during flight luckly was able to find. 2)Rubber Grips for pods (included in box) wont last for long due to slippery surface of pods and you will also lose them after some time. 3) Not so good for listening music but good option for calls. 4) Can cause connectivety issue some time. So if you are unable to find pod in bluetooth scan option just make a hard reset then scan probably you'll find than.

I can't wear in ears with rubber, it closes my ear after several months and I need medical cleaning. Over aears are to big to carry for every day but this is the alternative. No rubber but still very good noice canceling of course different to the rubber in ears. But it works fine even in planes. I sometimes use it in overcrowded restaurants like cheese. fact. With a ver high level of noise, even without sound like radio, etc. Very useful and my daily driver which I carry with a silicon sleeve which is too loose.

In terms of sound quality, noise cancelling and overall comfort I would rate them very highly. However, one glaring issue is that the shape didn't fit well in my ears and this became especially problematic when I was exercising. For all other uses there was no issue but when it came to dynamic movements, and especially after a time when I would start sweating, the buds would easily slip out. Before I had the Freebuds 3 which gave me no issues but these unfortunately I can't say the same for these.

It was worked fine for last 3 months. After 3 months making some wired noice while playing. I have used Huawei ear buds before it was very good. But this head phone is very bad experience I don't know how I'm going to return this. Is there's any option to return this kindly help.
