Not sure what happened but this plant did bad

Jasmine died!
My jasmine plants arrived in a cardboard box and were very dry. I planted them in a container first and then I transplanted them into my yard. They never really grew much. In about a month or so they started turning yellow and eventually died. I was so disappointed that I never got to see them bloom. I don’t know if you have a warranty on plants or not but I would like to have them replaced or my money back. Thank you!

THESE YELLOW JAZMINE ARE VERY NICE FOR A GALLON CONTAINER!!! THEY ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION THOUGH NEEDING WATER...tHEY ARE LARGER THAN I EXPECTED AND I AM VERY HAPPY THOUGH A BIT PRICEY!
