Great doll, bad packaging and handling of the product
The Jessie Doll was nice and the voice was accurate too. But the way it was packed by the seller was terrible. I was quite disappointed. Because it wasn’t sent in the original box and was sent with only a back base and not covered the front of the doll like its should, the box and doll were damaged. The eyebrows had been scratched and the face was dirty, with a stains on the forehead.And now I noticed the price of the Jessie doll has increased. 🤷♂️Anyway.. I’ve returned the doll and will order another once the refund has been initiated. Hopefully that one is not a damaged one and the box is what is shown on the pictures.
