Great phone with a lot of storage capacity and ability to add to any mobile plan because it is unlocked.

I purchased this phone just recently. I have found it to be a good value, well built mobile phone so far. I use the Ting Network which is powered by T-Mobile, which worked with this phone. The phone came new and sealed. I received a new Samsung A14 4g LTE Green Mobile Phone, a sim ejector tool, a wall charger, a usb-c to usb-c cable that fits with the charger, that I received. I did not receive a memory card as some reviewers have said, but that's ok since I had a mini SD card already. I also bought accessories on Amazon.com for my mobile phone. I purchased an Amazon Basics USB-C to USB-A 2.0 Fast Charger Cable (I connected this cable to my computer to charge my phone), a very nice phone case, and Panasonic over-the-ear headphones (The Samsung A14 4g LTE has a headphone jack by the way). Overall, the phone fits my needs and is a good product thus far.

I needed a new phone, but wasn't going to pay an arm and a leg while planning and paying for a wedding. I found this phone and so far so good but you definitely get what you pay for. Pros: Price, Size, Color options Cons: Camera quality (has 3 back cameras but they are not good), blue light filter is weird, no wireless charging and can be slow and laggy. I'm not high maintenance when it comes to my tech, so i should get a good year or two out of it. But when I have the money, I will certainly choose to upgrade.

I've baught a few electronics from Amazon and they've lasted for years. And this is my second time buying this exact phone in general. The first one was silver & I baught it at metro. But this one from Amazon is FABULOUS! I've never seen a phone like this before. It's a mint green color & it's sooo pretty! Even the lady at Metro PCS thought it was unique. She said it's a high performing phone too. She wasn't trying to sell me anything either so, I believe her..lol. Anyhow, it works perfectly. It's 100% brand new & came in perfect samsung packaging. This is $100 cheaper on this app vs in store. I absolutely love this phone! I hope to get a a good 3 & a half years out of it.

I have a Galaxy S21 and I love it. But it cost me a bundle and I'm sure not rich. My wife needed a new phone. I saw the price for a Galaxy A14 was only around $150. My first thought was, "This phone is probably too cheaply made." But was I surprised! It tuned out to be a very solid phone. It's a little slower than my S21, but still not bad. If you're wondering if you should go ahead get one, you won't be disappointed.

I think this phone is a proof that Samsung has become worse in quality than budget brands.1) This phone de facto doesn't have a camera. I'm saying this because the quality of pictures is so bad that I don't consider this phone to have a camera at all. This camera takes legible pictures only in the most perfect of the perfect lighting conditions, and even then not always. Several times I lost important information that I needed for later use because I took pictures (many of them) of the same page, only to find later that all of them were fuzzy to the point of being illegible. I've never seen such a poor quality of camera before. And I've had numerous other brands: Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi. How can Samsung be worse that all of those budget companies? Well, turns out it can.What's also strange about this camera is that before it takes pictures, I see the image as always fuzzy. So when you are taking pictures you can't even know what the picture will look like because the image is always fuzzy before you take that picture. Again, it a bug unique for this phone, and no cheap brands I used before ever had it.2) The back of this phone is made of such a cheap material that after just 3 months of use it already has noticeable scratch/peel on it. I've been using the above mentioned cheap brands for years, never encased them in any covers, and they all looked like new. So in this feature Samsung is also worse that the cheap budget brands.3) On the second month of use, the phone started to lag constantly.4) Maximum sound available is so weak that I can barely hear incoming messages and calls notifications from another room. Videos can only be heard a couple of steps from the phone. Another bug I see for the first time.Realizing that I don't even have a camera to shoot important info on the go with this phone, I replaced it after 3 months. A gave a try to Samsung Galaxy 10 Plus, also bought on Amazon. It was brand new, and it's not a budget phone, but it already had the weakest battery I ever had in my life, much worse than all those cheap brands I tried.After 2 gross disappointments with 2 Samsung phones, I lost my belief in Samsung. I also became clear why Samsung is for the first time behind Apple by smartphone shipments in 2023 after being a leader for 13 years. I think it's a company in a serious decline that still tries to charge a lot of money for its products just because of its past glory. I think I'm done with Samsung phones.
