I honestly don’t know how I lived without this migraine relief cap. The cooling compression feels incredible the moment I put it on. it instantly soothes the pounding pain and helps me relax. Unlike ice packs that slip around or melt too quickly, this cap stays cold for a long time and fits snugly, covering my entire head and eyes.

love this product. The way it keeps me cool like ice is perfect! It’s so soft, and works wonders for my comfort. I love the color.

Fits nice and can also be used on your leg for the knee and up the arm for the shoulder.

The compression is great, and the hole for your ponytail is super convenient. However, it doesn’t stay cold for very long (maybe 15-20 minutes) and it has an odd smell.

This is designed so well. It’s the perfect weight, its effectiveness and stays cold for just the right length of time.

They are wonderful but I wish the coldness lasted longer. Sometime I have to put it back in the freezer to reuse it if my headache is still lingering. It does hold a smell from the freezer. But otherwise I’d purchase another for sure!

Definitely does help with migraines, but it’s really tight around the eyes. So much that when it’s time to take the cap off my eye lashes seem stuck and I’m temporarily blind til my eyes adjust. Other than that, highly recommend
