Yes it has measurements on the inside. It has two pouring lips but no lid. A very sturdy pan.

Does this milk pan develop stains, watermarks, (tarnish) over time? Thanks!

We have had our set of Stellar pans for about 18 months and they all still look fabulous. Purchased this smaller milk pan to complete the set more recently and it's from the same range so had this specific one for about 6 months and it's still perfect. The brand was recommended to me by an ardent cook friend who was using her deceased Dad's set.....they were 20-30 years old and still cracking.

Does the lid off the Stella 7000 14cm draining lid pan fit this pan?

I cannot answer your question because my wife does not have 14cm pan with lid to ascertain if it would fit the milk pan.
